Working on the three presentations, there was more work involved than we had initially planned for. Going in, we thought that it would be very simple to compile what we knew about each of the topics and to format them into a presentation, yet this turned out to not be the case. There were a lot of gaps in our knowledge, especially on technical aspects such as on assignment timeframes and the weight of certain assignments. In order to fill these gaps, we had to ask teachers and faculty members involved in the IB program for clarification, as well as do independent research. However, the main bulk of our presentations came from talking about our personal experiences with the IB, which we excelled at. Each of us had a different perspective to give on the IB, and how to prepare for it which allowed us to appeal to a wider range of students.
